Auction - Terms And Conditions

1. All auction entries must be finalized and listed on our website by 1st August 2009
2. Once entered in the Auction the entries will only be able to be sold through the auction with no exceptions.
3. All boats must be located at Essex Boatyards / Essex Marina by 1st August 2009 to be included in the auction.
4. All entries will pay a non-returnable Auction entry fee of 1% of the reserve price + VAT with a minimum of £500; this fee will include the preparation of the independent pre auction survey / condition report.
5. The reserve price must be agreed with EBY before being accepted into the auction
6. All entries must have a CE Mark and Conformity Certificate [if legally required]
7. All entries will be required to provide copies of title and proof of VAT paid status to EBY before being accepted into the auction
8. Upon the successful sale there will be a Sale Fee of 6% + VAT
9. Winning bidders are to pay a deposit of 10% as soon as the auction ends.
10. Full payment to be received within 14 days of the end of the auction.
11. The vendor must supply full and accurate details of their entry including any known faults
12. EBY reserve the right to refuse entry into the auction
