Location
We are situated on the Essex coast, 50 miles east of London and 10 miles north-east of Southend-On-Sea. The boatyard is approximately 40 minutes from the M25 (Junction 29).
By air

By Rail
Rochford Station from Liverpool Street station. From Rochford station, take a taxi to the boatyard which is 5 miles away (approx cost £10.00).
By Car:
(This is car route only, if you are HGV the alternative route below)
To our new site, Essex Marina
From M25 take Junction 29 (A127 Southend bound).
Follow A127 for 15 miles until you come to Tesco’s roundabout in Southend.
Turn left at Tesco’s roundabout.
Follow signs to Rochford (you will pass around 4 roundabouts and travel about 3 miles).
Go under railway bridge and turn left at mini roundabout ahead. You will now see the first Tourist sign directing you to Essex Marina / Ferry, follow these signs.
Go straight across the next two roundabouts.
Take 2nd right just past parade of shops (Brays Lane). Follow Tourist sign.
Follow road for 4 miles, passing the Shepherd & Dog Pub.
At T-junction, turn right (follow Cruiser symbol on Tourist sign).
Follow road to 2 miles onto Wallasea Island.
Continue past wood yard on left, Marina is 200 meters on left hand side. Follow signs to car parks.
HGV route to Essex Marina:
From M25 take Junction 29 (A127 Southend bound).
Follow A127 for 15 miles until you come to Tesco's roundabout in Southend.
Follow the A127 towards Southend Centre until the next major set of traffic lights (approx ½ mile).
At the Bell Pub Junction. Turn Left and follow until the next roundabout.
At the Harp house roundabout, go straight up and over the railway line, following the signs for Rochford.
Go straight over the mini roundabout at the Anne Bolyene pub.
Go straight over the 2nd mini roundabout.
Then go straight over the 3rd mini roundabout.
At the next mini roundabout go right.
At the 5th mini roundabout go straight over.
You will pass a Jet fuel station on the left. At the 6th mini roundabout go straight over.
Take 2nd right just past parade of shops (Brays Lane). Follow Tourist sign.
Follow road for 4 miles, passing the Shepherd & Dog Pub.
At T-junction, turn right (follow Cruiser symbol on Tourist sign).
Follow road to 2 miles onto Wallasea Island. Continue past wood yard on left, Marina is 200 meters on left hand side.
